Web Ninja Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of Terms
AGREEMENT between you (referred as the “Customer”) and Futureworkz Pte. Ltd. (referred as “Futureworkz”) is offered to you on the condition that you accept the terms, conditions and notices contained.
This Terms of Service Agreement applies to the use of Futureworkz maintenance solution.
Futureworkz reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement at any time. Any violation of the Agreement by Customer could result in suspension or termination of the Customer account.
Scope of Work
Customer is entitled to the amount of purchased web credits to be used in updating webpage or any web services that Futureworkz provided as outlined in the “Service Provision” at http://www.futureworkz.com/service-provision.html.
Submission of Request
Customer will provide all web requests via authorized channels only.
Futureworkz authorized channels for submission of requests are:

- Submit request tickets via Ninja Request System http://ninja.futureworkz.com.
- Customer service line: WEBNINJA (9326-4652), between 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm on weekdays.
Customer agrees not to submit request via other means such as slow mail or any other form of communication.
Service Respond Level
All customer requests will be responded to and clarified within 2 working days.
Upon confirmation of requests, customer will be advised of delivery time-line.
Futureworkz reserves the right to amend the service respond level according to requests posted by Customer. However, Futureworkz will inform the Customer via email if the request requires more time to complete.
Futureworkz operating hours is Monday – Friday, 10am to 5pm, excluding Public Holidays.
Authorized Users
Futureworkz will only accept requests from authorized users from Customer organization.
Customer may add more authorized users for their organization by submitting a request to Futureworkz.
All requests from non-authorized users are not recognized and deleted by our system.
Non-disclosure
Futureworkz agrees to take precautions necessary and appropriate to guard the confidentiality of all Customer information including informing its employees and agents who handle such information that it is confidential and not to be disclosed to others without the express written permission of the Customer, whether in whole, partial, altered, or modified form.
Customer information includes content, web page update, instructions, requests, mailing list data, and any other information that is transmitted to Futureworkz for use of Futureworkz services.
Payment Terms
Payment must be made 5 days in advance before the expiry of the Customer account. Customer is expected to ensure sufficient funds in their payment account. Failure to do so will result in the suspension and termination of all services associated with the Customer account.
Customer is entitled to full refund during the first 30 days of purchase, provided that no more than 20 credits are used up.

Copyrights and Trademarks
The Customer represents to Futureworkz and unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Futureworkz for inclusion in the web pages are owned by the Customer, or that the Customer has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Futureworkz and its sub-contractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the Customer.
Rights of Termination
Futureworkz reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately with or without cause. Futureworkz shall not be liable to Customer for the termination of this Agreement.
Disclaimer
Futureworkz shall not be liable to Customer for any failure or delay caused by events beyond Futureworkz control, including, without limitation, Customer’s failure to furnish necessary information, sabotage, failure or delays in transportation or communication, failures or substitutions of equipment, accidents, materials, or equipment or technical failures.
Customer shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Futureworkz from and against all claims, liability, losses, damages, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising from or in connection with the use of application of Futureworkz works by Customer or any direct or indirect purchaser or licensee of Customer.
